Now introducing the newest and cutest member of our family, June Maier. Born August 5th at 9:42pm weighing 7 pounds and 7 ounces. She’s been a joy and we feel completely blessed to have her.

I have some exciting news! Clif and I are expecting a little girl at the beginning of August. We held off telling people for a while, but now the secret is officially out. I’m 21 weeks along and feeling great, and as you can see above and below, the belly is starting to make it’s appearance. I’m mostly excited, and a tad bit nervous for the future… and I am now taking any mom/baby advice you might have for me.:)

Well, it’s looking like we’ve got a problem. Seems that I’ve gone and lost the charger for my camera. I have a few new recipes that I’ve been wanting to post about, but I can’t do that without photos. I have just ordered a new charger and the estimated shipping time is 2-11 days. (eek!)

In the meantime, you should run on over to my links page and check out some of the lovely bloggers I have listed there. They won’t disappoint!

Yesterday I had my wisdom teeth removed. I’m currently spending most of my time drugged up, resting and eating mashed things. Unfortunately this means my time in the kitchen is mainly limited to yogurt/applesauce trips. Please excuse my brief time out from blogging, I’m excited to get better and return soon!
